The OKRs app lets you set and track Objectives and Key Results across your organisation, so everyone can see what you are aiming for and how progress is measured. It is available on Pro plans.

This article covers turning the app on, creating your first OKRs, and how OKRs relate to your circles. For custom fields, see Custom fields.

Turning on the OKRs app

A workspace admin turns the app on in Workspace settings → Applications.

Creating objectives and key results

  1. Open a circle or role.
  2. Create an Objective: a qualitative goal describing what you want to achieve.
  3. Under each Objective, add Key Results: measurable outcomes that track progress.
  4. Link projects to a Key Result to show how everyday work drives progress.

How OKRs relate to your structure

OKRs follow your circle structure:

  • Workspace level: objectives that set the overall direction.
  • Circle level: objectives that align with the workspace goals.
  • Role level: objectives that contribute to their circle's goals.

OKRs do not cascade automatically. Each circle sets its own objectives that align with its parent, rather than inheriting them. This keeps every team's goals owned by that team.

Common questions

  • "I set OKRs for the General Circle but sub-circles show nothing." Each circle sets its own OKRs that align with the parent. They do not automatically cascade, so each circle creates its own contributing objectives.
  • "How do I make OKRs visible across the whole organisation?" Set objectives at the workspace level. Every circle can then see them and create contributing objectives that align.
